Service Description

Have you ever wished that someone would truly sit, witness, and hear you in your life's story? This form of therapy, although dominantly in witness of the client, is also an interactive session. Storylining is designed to support an individual in uncovering, embracing and integrating the gifts that life has brought. Although still acknowledged and celebrated, these sessions are not with a focus on what many people refer to as a positive and light moment in life. Storylining is about finding the kinks, knots, and cuts of ones lifeline. Not from a place of needing to re-live or re-experience something, but from the place of claiming the aspects of self that can get held, stuck, or locked away in the pain, trauma and hurt of experiencing life. Storylining is an opportunity to reclaim your wholeness. To once again walk and experience life from all the parts of who you are and what has made you. A variety of modalities may be woven into the sessions. This includes but is not limited to, EFT and/or ERT, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, flower essences, processes similar to soul/self retrieval work, and more. Perhaps your body has never given up on you, perhaps the aches, pains and discomforts are places of beckoning, where parts of who you are are waiting to participate in life. And if having waited for long periods of time, some aspects may be louder then others, as in more painful, big external triggers, or even expressed through numbness. For one moment, what if, what if these places in the body, or experiences in life, were actually not meant to cause further harm, perhaps they are being had, as somewhat of a calling to you, to walk in wholeness again?

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life happens and it can make it hard to get to places on time, or at all. Please try your best to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up or contact us, there will be a 50% service fee. And, if you contact us prior to your session there will be no charge. This is not a punishment, this is so we can still honour the time and efforts of the Therapist.
